Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, coordinate and maintain monthly and quarterly social media content calendars, in alignment with the evolving business objectives. Manage and execute global organic postings across major social media channels; resolve any platform-related or scheduling issues promptly and escalate as needed. Social Content Creation & Localization Write engaging, audience-focused and platform tailored copy for social media postings. Localize and translate content for priority markets in appropriate languages, ensuring cultural and regulatory suitability. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor performance of published content using native insights and analytics tools, identifying trends and underperforming content. Prepare and present performance reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and CTR, etc. Proactive Market Research Stay current with social media algorithm changes, feature updates, and emerging content trends across platforms. Share relevant insights with internal teams to inform content strategies. Job Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or other digital marketing roles, preferably in the forex sector, with a proven track record of executing multi-platform strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement. Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content policies, audience segmentation, and key engagement drivers across social platforms. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to develop audience-relevant, brand-aligned content for diverse platforms. Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, GA4) with the ability to generate actionable insights. Foundational knowledge of visual content creation, including basic photo and video editing skills. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate across regional teams. Strong stakeholder management, with experience supporting cross-functional marketing campaigns. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve posting issues efficiently.
