- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above.
- At least one year of customer service-related experience.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in retail, e-commerce, or telecommunications are a plus.
- Must proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin (Traditional Chinese). Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including morning shifts and night shifts.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly convey information in chat-based support.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Capable of handling customer inquiries professionally, maintaining emotional stability under pressure.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and service procedures, and open to receiving continuous feedback.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, or company policies.
- Guide customers through processes such as making a purchase, setting up an account, or navigating the website.
- Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or other departments when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in written form, as chat support relies on written communication.

- Only 20 working days per month, with an 8-hour workday.
