Implement and execute sales action plans in line with the hotel's marketing strategy.
Source, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate and business clients.
Conduct sales visits, client entertainment, and familiarization/site inspection trips.
Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and other sales activities to represent the hotel.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to secure business opportunities.
Maintain updated client records, reports, and tracking systems for sales activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Provide guidance and support to Sales Coordinators to enhance team performance.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate sales, preferably in hospitality.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hotel CRM or sales systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
