Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to implement appropriate work processes in relation to the provision of business reviews and monitoring of Agency’s strategic priorities and initiatives.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance across key dimensions including Sales, recruitment, manpower and other metrices to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance insights and updates on key business indicators to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development, execution, and tracking of annual KPIs, identifying key business drivers and offering data-driven insights.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in management reporting through thorough checks and validation processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely analyses, reports, and presentations for various management forums, such as AD Exco and war room meetings, etc.
- Design, develop, and automate analytical reports to improve operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making.
- Continuously enhance reporting tools and workflows in response to evolving business needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide support and advice to address queries from group and local business stakeholders where necessary, ensuring queries are addressed with clarity and precision.
- Support takaful counterpart in generating daily sales updates, and handle enquiries when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support evolving business needs.

- Ability to articulate strategies in the form of business presentations.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Power BI or willingness to learn and adopt Power BI.
