- Take full ownership with limited supervision of the talent sourcing processes and talent experiences.
- Craft and implement an effective sourcing strategy to find and engage key talents in various markets.
- Build talent pipelines of interactive marketers, creatives, events specialists, content strategists, social media experts, creative technologists and others who build a bridge between creative, content and technology.
- Manage day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through key recruitment marketing tools (e.g. Linkedin, Boolean search, Workable) to find and secure talents qualified for current and upcoming roles.
- Manage interview arrangements for talents, including but not limited to scheduling interviews.
- Create and develop a strong network of potential talents in the market and for future business expansions.
- Provide market insights by creating and presenting related reports to the team to help improve the hiring process & recruiting KPIs.
- Drafting job descriptions to help attract talents and clearly depict roles and responsibilities while posting these advertisements on market-specific and relevant job portals.
- Screen resumes to determine fit based on the requirements of the positions.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher at a marketing / advertising / digital agency or within a recruitment consultancy.
- Proven network of marketing and creative talents in APAC.
- Experience sourcing for the region or globally is highly desirable.
- Fully dedicated to ensuring a positive talent experience through the sourcing to the interviewing process.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your own performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Positive mindset with impeccable influencing and consulting skills.
- Excellent relationship builder with the ability to network and drive referrals both internally and within the market
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, requiring little supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC.
