Purpose of Job The role will be responsible for managing employee and industrial relations processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. You will assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, and providing guidance to people managers. Key Responsibilities Employee and Industrial Relations Manage end-to-end employee relations processes, including investigations and resolution of disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective corrective actions and a framework for Industrial Relations policies and guidelines that include operational requirements. Responsible for planning and executing the Domestic Inquiry process. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, probationary progress, and other employee-related matters. Maintain accurate records of investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Support audits to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies. Responsible for Exit Interview management, including attrition report and analysis. Perform separations, including supporting the leader and managing the process for all company separations, including resignations, terminations, and restructuring activities. Manage the internal communication response to employee-related situations and employee feedback. Coordinate and deliver employee engagement initiatives collaboratively with the team. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures. Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant company and/or group policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and correspondence. Representing the Company Perform any other reasonable duties as required. Knowledge and Experience Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field. Strong understanding of employment laws and industrial relations. Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Show more Show less
