Job Responsibility Provide prompt and effective customer support via available communication channels, including inbound phone calls and email. Handle payment transactions and sensitive customer information with accuracy, ensuring strict confidentiality and data protection at all times. Take proactive steps to resolve customer concerns and help protect the client s brand reputation and customer loyalty. Recognize and escalate high-priority issues through the appropriate internal channels when necessary. Collaborate effectively with team members to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement in the customer support experience. Support service quality by offering constructive feedback, suggestions, and recommendations. Stay current with job-related knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities. Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company and client. Comply with all company and client policies, procedures, and operational standards. Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline. Can speak in English & Korean with fluent. Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry. Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field. Call centre experience is not a must but would be a distinct advantage. Job Benefits Provided training. Rotational Shift; Mon-Fri 9am-10pm ; Sat-Sun 9am-6pm. Provided language allowance.
