- Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to the Asian market, with a strong emphasis on China.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns for both VIP and mass-market segments.
- Create targeted, personalized, and data-driven campaigns using CRM tools to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers, delivering personalized support and engagement.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to segment users and continuously optimize campaign performance based on user behavior and preferences.
- Analyze CRM performance, report on key metrics, and refine campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Localize CRM content to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication with Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Serve as the customer advocate internally by sharing insights, feedback, and behavioral trends across departments.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistency in customer experience across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, CRM innovations, and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement.
- Support broader marketing and commercial initiatives where CRM expertise or customer data is required.
- Proven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty marketing-ideally in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Asian market-especially China-including digital behaviors, communication channels, and compliance factors.Track record in managing VIP and high-value customer segments with a personalized, data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Optimove, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical and data-literate, with the ability to translate insights into actionable CRM strategies.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to change.
- Familiarity with crypto products or related technologies is a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
