Analyse, plan, monitor, and optimise key account performance in line with business objectives. Optimise sales content for effectiveness across multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, App, Calls). Design promotions or events tailored to customer preferences and behaviour. Manage escalations and negative feedback, working with the CRM team to retain customers and rebuild trust through proactive solutions. Collaborate with product, marketing, and management teams to ensure goal alignment. Lead, guide, and support CRM teams in executing initiatives and achieving operational efficiency. Encourage knowledge-sharing through clear communication and thorough documentation. Qualification Must have:- Minimum SPM qualification or higher. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading). Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-related managerial role (CRM, Account Management, Customer Service, or Telesales). Quick learner, able to apply knowledge effectively in business contexts. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills for team development.
