
Mandarin Customer Service Team Lead

- Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Monitor team performance and service levels to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in training new hires and ongoing development of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and boost morale.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and team performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent Mandarin and English verbal and written communication skills. (to handle serving country)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and call center technology.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
