  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Monitor team performance and service levels to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Assist in training new hires and ongoing development of the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and boost morale.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and team performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Tanggungjawab
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent Mandarin and English verbal and written communication skills. (to handle serving country)
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and call center technology.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
