We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill business development position in Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and client acquisition strategize for the Division. You will also support the Chief Commercial Officer in planning and implementing new business initiatives as needed. Responsibilities: 1.Establish and implement Business Development strategies which will drive the organization to achieve the revenue and income budget. Prepare yearly Business Development Department budget and business plan for Board approval. Monitor budget and its business plan. Ensure the Division meets its revenue and income target. Identify potential strategic partners and collaborate with strategic partners. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. 2.Business Origination: Acquire and develop new client relationships. Prepare and review business proposal. Carry out presentation of business proposals to clients. Ensure Business Origination and Development Division is in compliance with its policies and procedures. 3.Business Development: Review of new business opportunities and business proposals. Execute the company business plan. Perform research and analysis to determine the feasibility of business. Prepare proposal for business opportunities and acquisitions. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Proven experience in business development and sales Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
