Key Responsibilities Manage the Director's complex calendar, travel, and correspondence across Southeast Asia. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials; take minutes and follow up on action items. Maintain organised filing systems and coordinate regional meetings, events, and communications. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth regional coordination. Support strategic projects through planning, tracking, research, and process improvement. Key Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives, preferably in multinational/regional roles. Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience is an advantage. Strong organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills.
