Purpose of the position Performs in a strategic capacity to ensure that IGS meets business and profitability objectives through best commercial and operational practices To provide leadership in the management of the day-to-day affairs of IGS and ensure good governance on all business transactions and ensure effective customer relationship management. Principal responsibilities Ensure compliance with IGSSB Safety Policy and procedures and takes accountability for own and team's safety Ensure good governance with IGSSB Compliance Policy and related Codes and Guidelines Develop business plans aligned with IGS strategic intent established in the JV Agreement and ensure delivery of overall IGS business targets inclusive of growth, revenue, profit, and credit management. Lead in contract negotiation and ensure contracts in place to manage business and supply risks for all termed customers according to IGSSB Risk Policy Ensure effective execution of contract and safeguard IGS interests at all time Lead and manage team to deliver business targets and ensure effective customer relationship management Ensure effective contractor management via supplier contracts and other means to ensure safe, timely and profitable delivery of projects Oversee the performance of service providers in accordance with the Management Service Agreement Required key skills (functional/technical) Excellent leadership skills Good industry/product knowledge and ability to articulate the appropriate supply solutions Strong people management and interpersonal skills that will ensure effective delivery of works by contractors Good financial management skills and understanding of P&L Excellent negotiation skills Sound contract management skills coupled with good customer relationship development Ability to develop and sustain networks, both internally and externally Excellent presentation skills Required qualifications/experience At least 8 years relevant industry experience Experience in sales, marketing or commercial functions Experience in managing team in a high-performance environment Experience in contract drafting and new business development Show more Show less
