...Key Accountabilitites:
- Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting and engaging potential clients to finalising successful deals
- Deliver expert and strategic feedback to the sales team and cross-functional departments, facilitating the refinement of sales strategies and the enhancement of product/project development
- Present products/projects to prospective clients, providing professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication
- Conduct negotiations to secure agreements, and maintain meticulous records of sales transactions and data
- Identify and capitalise on new sales prospects through strategic networking, nurturing them into enduring partnerships
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the MICE industry
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships
- Comprehensive expertise in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
- Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, and team leadership
