- Promote and sell the company's chemical products to assigned industries and customers
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet annual revenue and profit targets
- Implement sales strategies within your area of responsibility
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry data to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Regulatory) to ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., Customs, DCA) for licenses, tariffs, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee product registration, approvals, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management
- Degree holder with at least 5 years' experience in sales & marketing, ideally chemicals sector
- Independent, self-motivated, and confident communicator
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Willing to travel locally and overseas
- Energetic, trustworthy, and proactive in gathering market insights
