- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the agrochemicals and fertilizer sector.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple states, setting clear sales objectives and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and product promotion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, leveraging insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Science/Chemistry or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales management within the agrochemicals, fertilizer, or agricultural industry, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a sales team, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, enabling the analysis of market dynamics, identification of opportunities, and development of actionable sales plans.
