- Achieve annual sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Understand and assess customer needs; develop tailored value propositions aligned with our product portfolio.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market intelligence to develop and implement effective market strategies.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven sales experience in the industrial chemicals sector, particularly in the rubber industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting.
- Must be willing to travel extensively as part of the role (Primarily local and depends on the business schedule)
- Working hours : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
