ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : a) Handle daily operations for both export and import airfreight shipments. b) Verification of the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents. c) Coordinate the routing of import and export with local and overseas agents. d) Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS Codes and duty/tax amounts. e) Track and trace shipments and communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors. f) Prepare billing and costing for both export and import airfreight shipments. g) Resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies. h) Attend to customers' enquiries and advise customers of possible problems or delays. i) Billing, costing, and sorting. j) Ensure all vendor/agents/3rd party invoices are received for job closing. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: a) At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent. b) Preferably having 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding. c) Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and regulatory requirements, including INCOTERMS. d) Ability to communicate with customers and associates in person, via e-mail, and telephone in English. e) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. f) Strong customer service skills g) Proactive and can be a good team player. h) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
