- Develop, identify, plan, organize, and implement the value optimization initiatives within the whole value chain of SEB Group.
- Lead the strategic analysis, planning, and execution for the value trackers identified in Annual Business Planning.
- Develop and implement credible plans, ensuring alignment of strategic plans with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and formulate commercial strategies in the development and review of tariff structures and commercial terms for Power Purchase Agreement/Power Exchange Agreement.
- Identify, analyze, and formulate business solutions for the performance issues within and across the business units of the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate new growth opportunities, such as new ventures, acquisitions, and/or divestments of assets to support the organization's corporate objectives.
- Integrate and align the organization's value chain with commercial objectives in the development of contracting strategies.
- Actively involved in Commercial, Operational Excellence, Project Delivery Excellence, and other KFAs.
- High Commercial Acumen and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, competitors, and internal processes, to support value-based decision making.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Law, or equivalent field with minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
