- Support the performance appraisal process and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all employees within the Group.
- Oversee manpower planning, job structuring, and employee deployment to optimize the utilization of human resources across the Group.
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs, both internally and externally.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee retention and boost engagement levels.
- Support the execution of succession planning to ensure continuity and sustainability of the business.
- Develop and formalize HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance is monitored.
- Generate necessary reports and support to ESG and sustainability reporting for the Group.
- Assist in the daily operations of the HR department.
- Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Preferably a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in property development and/or with a publicly listed company will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
