- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers in the utilities segment, especially within the national grid ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle for medium-voltage and power distribution solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer priorities, including grid reliability, infrastructure development, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning transformers, switchgears, and energy management systems.
- Drive account planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve business growth targets.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in sales and account management.
- Strong existing relationships within the utilities sector, preferably with TNB.
- Technical background and understanding of medium-voltage power systems (transformers, switchgears, energy management solutions).
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to develop long-term partnerships and deliver sustainable business growth.
