- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to the exit process.
- Maintain and update all employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing payroll and handling statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle all office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
