- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Proficient in Payroll, Recruitment/Hiring, and general company administrative tasks.
- Good command of Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written).
- Computer literate with strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview arrangements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day office administrative tasks and company operations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports when required.
