You will be responsible for handling all guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation modifications efficiently and courteously. This role ensures a smooth reservation experience while maximizing room sales and contributing to guest satisfaction. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
