Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Gaming Industry Recruitment Specialist to focus on high-volume hiring for Game Programmers and Game Artists. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills (with clear pronunciation), in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-volume recruitment for gaming roles including Game Programmers, Game Artists, and Game Designers, managing the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate closely with game development teams to understand technical requirements (e.g., Unity/Unreal engines, 2D/3D art pipelines) and develop targeted hiring strategies. Proactively source top talent through multiple channels (job boards, tech forums, industry communities, etc.) and build a robust talent pipeline for gaming roles. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' English proficiency (clear pronunciation required), technical skills, and project experience alignment. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting to the rapid iteration cycles characteristic of the gaming industry. Requirements: Industry Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, with a proven track record in hiring technical gaming roles (e.g., Programmers/Artists/Designers). - Prior experience working in gaming companies or deep understanding of the industry (e.g., tech stacks, role specializations, salary benchmarks) is highly preferred. Language Skills: - Fluent English with clear pronunciation, capable of conducting technical interviews and cross-team communication in English. Career Stability: - Most recent role must NOT be freelance-based, and all previous positions should demonstrate at least 1+ year tenure per role. Core Competencies: - Strong resilience and ability to manage multiple urgent hiring demands simultaneously. - Sharp talent assessment skills, with familiarity in technical evaluation methods (e.g., coding tests, portfolio reviews). Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of global gaming talent markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, China). - Technical background in game development (e.g., programming languages, art tools) is a plus.
