📋 An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
🤝 Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
📊 Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
📞 Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
📞 Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
📋 Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
💼 Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client.
📊 Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.
🤝 Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies.
💼 Other ad hoc duties.REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
✅ Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
✅ Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
