DJI Malaysia is hiring Senior Key Account Executive !! Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong Job Description: 1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts' outlets nationwide. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. 3. Account Development: Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts' outlets promptly. Monitor key accounts' outlets performance against goals and objectives. 4. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with key accounts' outlets. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development teams as needed. Provide timely and accurate reports on key accounts' outlets status and activities. Pay regular visit to key accounts' outlets to obtain sales data. 5. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set for key accounts. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate account performance. Requirements: At least 3-4 years Business Development experience or Key Account experience in related field Degree in business development, sales, marketing or equivalent. Knowledge of market research and sales. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office is an advantage. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to business needs. Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area including outstation. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
