- Optimize the delivery flow of teams and identify innovative ways to unblock issues
- Ensure smooth operations and system stability for digital products.
- Manage application availability and issue resolution promptly.
- Influence and manage complex budgets across the team.
- Act as the primary contact between digital enablement and multiple facilities within the Sunway Healthcare Group.
- Mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing high-risk and complex discussions
- Foster innovation, ensuring technological solutions align with current and future business needs.
- Lead teams through the full product life cycle, identifying and managing potential risks
- Promote a culture of excellence within the team, focusing on development and retention.
- Mentor team members, managing and monitoring team morale.
- Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices
- Coordinate relationships with multiple app development partners.
- Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different teams and vendors.
- Agile and Lean Practices: Expertise in coaching and leading teams in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Planning: Skilled in leading continual planning in complex environments and coordinating cross-service delivery.
- Maintaining Delivery Momentum: Expertise in optimizing team delivery flow and addressing complex risks and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Advanced skills in mediating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, managing complex discussions.
- Healthcare Experience: Background in healthcare is preferred, but not mandatory, showcasing versatility in various sectors.
