You'll be leading the charge in deploying technology that enhances patient experiences, offering seamless access, engagement, and a continuum of care services digitally.You will harness Agile methodologies to manage multiple development teams, navigating through the challenges and triumphs of creating a product that sets new standards in healthcare technology.1. Programme Delivery:

Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning into larger programmes.
Remove blockers, manage risks, commercials, budgets, and people.
Balance objectives and redeploy resources as priorities change.

2. Digital Products Delivery:

Lead and oversee the development, design, and implementation of digital products.
Maintain a focus on cost-efficient delivery, ensuring IT investments realize intended benefits.
Define action plans aligned with IT and business strategy, delivering projects within agreed timelines.
Enforce adherence to software development life cycle and quality management, coordinating with vendor partners.
Optimize the delivery flow of teams and identify innovative ways to unblock issues

3. Operational Management:

Ensure smooth operations and system stability for digital products.
Manage application availability and issue resolution promptly.
Influence and manage complex budgets across the team.

4. Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary contact between digital enablement and multiple facilities within the Sunway Healthcare Group.
Mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing high-risk and complex discussions

5. Business-Technology Alignment:

Foster innovation, ensuring technological solutions align with current and future business needs.
Lead teams through the full product life cycle, identifying and managing potential risks

6. Team Management:

Promote a culture of excellence within the team, focusing on development and retention.
Mentor team members, managing and monitoring team morale.
Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices

7. Multi-Vendor Partner Management:

Coordinate relationships with multiple app development partners.
Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different teams and vendors.
