IT Account Delivery, Lead (Enterprise Software Company)

• Experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions to large enterprise customers, including both account management and business development to Malaysia and other counties within SEA regions.

• To understand customers’ challenges and provide specific solution propositions to help customers meet their business goals.

• Understand the market, including trends and developments, and competitors’ offerings.

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.

• Experience in serving key industries such as conglomerate, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas etc.related fields would be an added advantage.

• Strong team skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
