- Receive call from client and escalate to technical personnel to attend to the problem.
- Generate and file records on all requests, work orders, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- Produce daily ageing report to support operation performance monitoring.
- Compile deduction mapping report for validation meeting.
- Coordinate Internal communication between services to support operation.
- Manage in and out of key administration for security purpose.
- Execute call back system to improve service quality.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Administration or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
