This role will be exposed to all human resources areas and have an opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting brand. As part of the role, you will be providing support to the Human Resources team in all areas of the business, including HR Operations & Administration, HWE initiatives, Talent Acquisition and more. The role will require the person to work closely with internal stakeholders & management within all entities in BMW Group Malaysia. This role will be part of BMW Financial Services . What awaits you Responsibilities include: Assist in the recruitment process, documentations and communication. Maintain a complete record of employee personnel files. Support HRBPs in new employee onboarding process. Provide assistance in the end to end payroll cycle. Assist in the ideation, planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Assist in other ad-hoc duties. What you should bring along Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related Business studies. Passionate in growing his/her career within the HR's spectrum. Excellent multitasking and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal skills. A dynamic, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
