Carry out assigned work according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled/Scheduled/Condition-Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program, including other disciplines when required.
Perform maintenance for specialized/complex equipment according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems requiring expertise.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities and ensure all data is recorded in the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
Request orders for goods as per Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor vendors' work progress, and verify invoices for payment processing.
Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning and assist in the Asset/Project Registration process for new assets/projects as per requirements.
Assist and provide technical feedback on maintenance work requiring vendor expertise to the supervisor and monitor the work.

Requirements:

Fresh Graduate in Diploma specialized in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
