About us: Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) has been supporting marginalised communities in Malaysia for over 17 years as a tax-exempt NGO. Volunteer Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing volunteers. Implement the organisation's 3 R's programme: Recruit: Support outreach to attract new volunteers Retain: Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer environment Reward: Coordinate recognition efforts for active and long-serving volunteers Product Knowledge and Assistance Stay informed about all of the organisation's activities, initiatives, and campaigns. Provide accurate information and guidance to volunteers regarding their roles and involvement. Event, Marketing and Fundraising Support Plan and run CSR events with corporate sponsors, including volunteer coordination and on-site support. Documentation and Reporting Maintain and update the volunteer database using the organisation's CRM system. Assist in generating reports and tracking volunteer participation and trends. Requirements Open to candidates with experience in customer service, client relations, business development, or sales. Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; being trilingual is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of one year of working experience.
