As the KOL Community Manager, you will lead all influencer sourcing, briefing, and content coordination for campaigns across TikTok, IG, and related platforms. You are both the relationship builder and the campaign executor - ensuring KOLs deliver creative content that drives results. Objectives of This Role Build a strong pool of local and regional KOLs aligned with Tagtoo's performance model Manage full KOL execution from sourcing to reporting Ensure all creator deliverables are KPI-aligned with client expectations Generate recurring partnerships for scalable client campaigns Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and onboard KOLs for campaign execution Translate client briefs into actionable KOL deliverables Develop content direction, talking points, and KOL-friendly scripts Manage communication and timelines with multiple creators Monitor and report on KOL content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) Collaborate with JAD and videographer for content integration into full campaigns Support influencer activation campaigns (giveaways, trend pushes, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or equivalent 2+ years of experience managing influencers or brand partnerships Strong understanding of social platform trends and creator ecosystems Good negotiation and communication skills in English, Malay (Mandarin is a plus) Familiarity with social media / KOL in Indonesia is a plus Detail-oriented with strong project coordination abilities Ability to align influencer content with business KPIs Show more Show less
