Why does this job exist and why is it critical Responsibilities: . Reviewing existing policies for accuracy and relevance, identifying gaps or areas where updates are required . Drafting new policies based on changes in regulations or organizational needs . Ensuring all policies are accessible to employees via the relevant platform (e.g., SharePoint) . Providing training sessions for employees on the importance of adherence to policies . Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with policies . Identifying trends in non-compliant behavior and implementing strategies to address them . Collaborating with other departments such as HR and Legal to develop solutions that promote compliance . Preparing reports detailing findings from audits and progress towards achieving compliance goals Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree holder in any field . Good command of English language (both written and spoken) . Experience working with policies and procedures . Excellent attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality . Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities . Effective communication skills both verbal and written . Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
