Responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders based on internal requests and inventory needs Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams to avoid shortages Request quotations, compare vendor offers, and assist in negotiating favorable terms Maintain accurate purchasing records, delivery schedules, and supplier databases Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparing purchasing reports and summaries for management review Assist the Purchaser in general and administrative tasks. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary -SPM / STPM. Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment. Fresh or Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
