Lead AI Engineer

• Develop and deploy AI models to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Design robust data pipelines and workflows for efficient AI model training and deployment.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making processes.
• Document AI development processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during AI implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or any related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI engineering or backend software development
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle - from data wrangling to model deployment
• Familiarity with deploying models into real-world systems or APIs
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, or model deployment pipelines
