As a Client Solutions Director at TDCX Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting organic growth of existing client programs. You will collaborate closely with our Group Client Solutions and cross functional teams in designing and proposing customized solutions that will address client needs and deliver tangible business value. As part of the new client onboarding, you would also be the main liaison between business and client of setting up the new program and building customer relationship. Key Responsibilities Client Solutions & Business Development Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned target industries and verticals Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including talent acquisition, technology, digital innovation, and off-shore delivery teams, to develop customized solutions for clients. Review and negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Meet or exceed new acquisition and organic growth targets, including successful onboarding and supporting the project implementation of a new client. Maintain accurate records of client engagement activities and opportunities in CRM system. Stay updated of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on solutions that drive business outcomes. Develop mid to long term account plans to achieve business growth; perform overall pipeline management & regularly update stakeholders and management informed of opportunities progress. Coordinate with client and internal functional stakeholders to define milestones, goals, and deliverables with prior understanding of the project scope based on draft agreement or during tender Client Onboarding Provide guidance in developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents Effectively communicate project expectations to client and stakeholders Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Handle escalation and reporting of issues/risks Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and new program onboarding Key Requirements Should have a proven track record of success in CX / technology consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Have a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences Strong leadership traits, business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling value propositions and a customer-first mindset Deep understanding of technology trends, solutions, and best practices, particularly in areas such as CX and digital transformation Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate ability to lead and manage commercial and contractual negotiations Display capability of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance / procurement.
