• Created and executed the annual sales task plan as assigned by the company.
• Strategize, cultivate, and oversee the performance of the project sales team.
• Craft product specifications tailored to project requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, oversee potential customer tracking and management, and guide customer needs.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industry, gather sales and market data, conduct competitive product analysis, and provide insights for the company's competitive strategy.
• Forge partnerships with businesses and organizations, including government bodies and developers.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.

• Must possess at least a Degree in marketing, management or related areas.
