Job Description Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation. Coordinate with various teams, including Offshore Crew, Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Supply Chain, to ensure project goals are met Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory requirements Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed Communicate and update project status to stakeholders which include Senior Management and Clients Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Qualifications Bachelor's in civil or Structural Engineering , Project Management , or a related field Additional Information Minimum of 5 years of experience in Offshore Project Management Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for offshore projects Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Good understanding of cement and concrete QC methodology and testing.
