We manage ambient in-store formats and LED screens, connecting brands with millions of shoppers at the point of purchase. We're on the hunt for a Special Projects Specialist - In-Store Media to drive creative, high- impact campaigns and make them happen . Role Overview This isn't a typical marketing job. We&aposre looking for a creative operator , someone who can dream up bold in-store ideas , then lead the execution end-to-end . You'll be the person who bridges creative concepts with operational reality bringing exciting, brand-led campaigns to life inside real retail environments. What You'll Be Doing Creative Concepting Ideate and propose bold, shopper-focused in-store campaigns (displays, activations, LED screen content, etc.) Translate brand goals into memorable retail media experiences Push creative boundaries using non-traditional media formats in-store Execution & Operations Own the full lifecycle of campaigns: from idea to rollout to reporting Work closely with production, vendors, creative teams, and hypermarket stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Visit stores, oversee installs, troubleshoot issues, whatever it takes Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the go-to contact between RMN, brands, agencies, and retailers Present creative ideas, align expectations, and report outcomes Balance client ambitions with in-store feasibility Performance & Insights Track campaign performance and shopper engagement Recommend improvements to optimize future activations Who You Are 3-6 years of experience in: Retail activations, In-store marketing, Event/project management with a creative edge, o r similar hands-on campaign execution roles You've led projects from start to finish You're resourceful, organised, and unafraid of messy, real-world challenges Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Passionate about creativity, retail, and the shopper journey Bonus If You Have: Experience with FMCG brands, retail campaigns, or media agencies Familiarity with production vendors, printing, or in-store installation A sharp eye for design and what works in physical retail spaces What We Offer A chance to own creative campaigns seen by millions across Malaysia's top hypermarkets Exposure to leading FMCG and retail brands A fast-moving, entrepreneurial team that values initiative over hierarchy Career growth in one of Asia's fastest-growing media sectors ????
