We manage ambient and digital in-store media formats that connect FMCG brands with millions of Malaysian shoppers, right at the point of purchase. As we grow, we&aposre looking for a Campaign Specialist with strong FMCG exposure to help plan, manage, and optimize impactful in-store campaigns across our retail network. Role Overview This is a client-facing, execution-driven role for someone who understands how FMCG brands operate, from promo timelines to retail activation. You'll be responsible for: Managing FMCG campaigns across MYDIN and AEON BIG Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders Ensuring timely, high-quality campaign delivery Delivering strong communication, insights, and client servicing This is a key supporting role within the Sales Category team , helping RMN scale our FMCG partnerships with structure and impact. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage end-to-end in-store media campaigns for FMCG clients Translate briefs into action plans and timelines Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver campaigns on time and in full Client Management: Serve as a reliable point of contact for FMCG clients, agencies, and partners Present campaign plans, progress, and performance updates clearly and confidently Ensure clients' expectations are met throughout the campaign lifecycle Insights & Reporting: Track campaign performance and shopper engagement Analyze key data and trends to offer clear post-campaign insights Recommend optimizations for future campaigns Qualifications & Experience: 3-6 years' experience working closely with FMCG clients or brands - this could be in: Agencies (media, creative, PR), FMCG trade/brand teams Media owners or publications o Retail or merchandising roles Solid understanding of FMCG cycles , retail environments, and how to get things done under pressure Experience managing campaign deliverables, timelines, and client communication Confident presenter, strong communicator, and reliable team player Comfortable using basic tools for reporting, timelines, or campaign summaries (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) What We Offer: Work with top FMCG brands in Malaysia's leading hypermarkets Exposure to a fast-growing segment blending media, retail, and shopper marketing Dynamic, collaborative environment with space to grow High-impact work that puts your campaigns in front of millions of Malaysian shoppers How to Apply: Send your CV and a short cover letter to [HIDDEN TEXT] Or WhatsApp +6012 356 5326 ????
