Responsibilities Payment Processing: Responsible for creating accurate payment receipts upon receiving client payment slips and cheques, ensuring seamless transactions. Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with Customer Service Executives and banking representatives to resolve any payment receipt issues promptly. Foreign Exchange Management: Prepare FX instructions and manage rounding adjustments to maintain precision in financial transactions. Reporting: Perform daily STS reports for T day and T+1 (Redemption payment, Wrap fee, Platform fee, Switching payment, PRS vesting, Payment to FM). Funding Management: Oversee funding and unwinding processes for late redemption proceeds and ad hoc transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Proceeds Stamping: Manage the stamping of redemption proceeds from fund houses, maintaining meticulous records for accountability. Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive reconciliations for payment receipts, outstanding receipts, and direct bank ins, ensuring financial accuracy. Client Follow-up: Monitor unclaimed client monies in collection accounts and coordinate with CSE. Inter-departmental Communication: Address inquiries from various departments and external parties, facilitating effective communication and resolution.
