Position: Marketing Coordinator, Regional Loyalty Industry: Fintech Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable based on performance) Working Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm. Job Description Get to know the team The Regional Loyalty team sits within company's Marketing organisation, overseeing consumer loyalty across company's business verticals, markets and broader ecosystem. Its primary objective is to design and manage loyalty tools to most effectively enhance consumer lifetime value (LTV). Get to know the role This role reports to the Regional Head of Loyalty. In this role, you will support the business development and marketing teams across partnership engagements for company's loyalty products You will need to be structured and organised in how you compile information. You are an effective communicator and responsible for coordinating information across teams. You can apply basic analytical skills to identify critical issues/opportunities to surface to team leaders to address. You have a natural curiosity for understanding consumer culture to deliver more value to company's users through amazing loyalty benefits. The ideal candidate is meticulous with strong attention to detail. Someone who is confident in communicating in English both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working with numbers and set processes plus familiar with using Google sheets/Slides (or MS Excel/PowerPoint). The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Prepare reports on the performance of Loyalty partnerships benefits (inventory tracking and redemption/utilization of benefits by users) Prepare delivery reports of marketing entitlements (compilation of marketing plan executed / communication sent to users on behalf of partners) Project coordinator - working closely with team leaders to assist with scheduling meetings, note taking, following up on action items assigned during discussions. Marketing support - assist with preparing supporting materials for presentations, proposals and marketing plans. What Skills You Will Need We are looking for a self-driven individual who can work well in a fast-changing environment: Experienced administration or project management: Preferred min 2 years Process oriented: Ability to learn new processes quickly and network with marketing, business development and operations teams to better help navigate and ensure that the team is compliant with requirements Eye for detail: Able to manage numbers, data and processes and identify irregularities and notify/ advise key stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills: Along with the ability to compile information and present in a meaningful way. Great collaborator: Someone who works well with a wide group of stakeholders and able to navigate complexities, influence and persuade approval to get things moving. Highly organized, detailed and meticulous: Enjoys improving processes to achieve day-to-day efficiency. Thrives in an ultrafast-paced tech/digitally-inclined environment. Quite the perfectionist.
