You build trust, by clear communication with no prestige.If the above sounds like you, this position might be just what you’re looking for!About The JobYou will perform service work on equipment that is located at a customer site, and you should have insight in the entire value chain from Sales Lead (the first customer contact) until the time when the machine will be de-commissioned and scrapped - the full life cycle.Job DescriptionBasic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of Alfa Laval equipment i.e. decanters and separators for the Crude Palm Oil industryCommissioning including checking of equipment installation, training of operators in equipment operation, maintenance and safety.Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.Perform repair inspection and prepare repair reports.Conduct test trials including process performanceWhat You KnowMinimum Diploma in Engineering with equivalent experience in similar field and industry.At least 3 years’ working experiencePreferably with good analytical and report writing skillsHigh degree of initiativeWilling to standby/work during weekends/public holidays.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.Able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environmentMust be willing and able to travel extensively (est. 50% - 70%)An excellent team player and team builder.
