MohonKelayakanCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in IR/ER or human resources management, with a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.Experience in handling employee relations is preferable.Detail and oriented person who is responsible and capable of independently handling complex employee relations issues.Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff.TanggungjawabIndustrial Relations (IR)Assist in managing disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling.Prepare documentation for disciplinary actions, warning letters, and related correspondence.Liaise with government bodies (e.g., JTK, IR Department) on employment-related matters.Support the preparation and submission of reports for labour disputes or claims.Ensure company policies and actions comply with the Employment Act, and other relevant regulations.Employee Relations (ER)Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, welfare, and grievances.Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.Coordinate town hall meetings, dialogue sessions, and feedback initiatives.Policy & ComplianceSupport the review and updating of HR policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Maintain accurate records of all IR & ER cases for audit and reporting purposes.Training & CommunicationAssist in conducting IR & ER awareness training for supervisors and employees.
