Position Overview We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving regional expansion across multiple markets and touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Amazon - focusing on brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales conversion. Develop and refine compelling copy for website campaigns, product launches, events, and showroom activations to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, marketplace promotions, website campaigns, and social media content rollout. Analyze daily ad performance data, offering clear action plans to scale successful campaigns, optimize budgets, and improve ROAS through keyword, creative, caption, headlines/descriptions, and audience analysis. Prepare weekly performance reports with key takeaways, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, along with recommended strategies and action plans. Closely monitor outcomes from implemented strategies and ensure continuous improvement based on findings. Conduct weekly competitor research to track ad placements, keyword bidding strategies, and creative direction, staying ahead of market trends. Stay proactive in identifying new ad trends, content formats (e.g. Reels, beta formats), and emerging opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness at a lower cost. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years in performance marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in digital advertising are also encouraged to apply. Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon). Copywriting: Strong writing and editing abilities with a portfolio of effective marketing copy. Tools: Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Adwords, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery is a plus. Strong multitasking ability and capable of managing tight deadlines across multiple projects. Excellent communication, coordination and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
