  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in marketing or brand promotion, with a preference for direct experience working for a brand, with a proven track record in offline marketing, event planning, and co-branding initiatives;
  • Good command of written English;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to monitor and assess data performance;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously;
  • Creative thinking, Possess innovative marketing thinking with strong local insights.
Responsibilities
  • Brand's Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram), including contents development and planning, caption writing & post release, community engagement; Be responsible for the Reach, followers, and engagement rate result on social media;
  • Be responsible for the Co-brand & KOL sourcing, partnership negotiation, content script create and review, ensuring the final data results;
  • Membership Community maintenance and growth, come up with membership activity &recruitment plan ;
  • Media Buy, Develop and implement local media placement plans, including advertising placements and promotional campaigns, to boost brand visibility and market share. Especially Facebook CPAS ads.;
  • Understand local market needs and competition, actively participate in market research, propose innovative marketing ideas and strategies to drive continuous growth of the brand;
  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for co-branding opportunities; collaborate on joint marketing efforts, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with brand standards;
  • Oversee the budgeting and planning of the social event and partnership with different stakeholders, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Develop and collaborate with potential offline events organization & CSR organizations.
