- Prepare digital content for internal communication and employee engagement activities including staff broadcast emails, office town halls, the intranet, and in-office posters, and TVs.
- Optimise the company's online presence and improve the design, content of campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, media share of voice, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- A flair for copy writing, and visual communications.
- A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market research, and current affairs.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and familiarity with use of design software like Canva.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
