Deliver highest standard of customer service via phone. Handle the customers enquires regarding the airline products and services professionally. Ensure diligent follow up and full fill promises made to customers and agents. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and agents. Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulation are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service. Support Travel Agents by assisting them with their general enquiry and booking. Issue exchange order/invoices for ticketing process Quoting airfares and ticketing related tour fares to clients Complete day to day and periodical ticketing sales return Coordinating sales collection and reconciliation Ensure that all necessary ticket related documents are filed, flight schedules are updated, and brochure, sales and promotional materials are displayed and distributed to supporting agents. Checking/administering airfare contracts held with airlines and issuing tickets according to the rules and conditions of the fares. Report any irregularities that occur in the workplace to the Management. Able to handle customer complaints and enquires with tactfulness. Prepare and compile all reports and statistic on sales on timely manner. Follow up and feedback on sales call to agents with proactive solution. Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
